Dana White Believes Strikeforce Sent Mayhem Into Cage

UFC president Dana White was a guest on Tuesday's "Jim Rome Is Burning" to discuss Saturday's in-cage melee at the recent Strikeforce event on CBS. He thinks that Strikeforce sent Jason "Mayhem" Miller into the cage to challenge middleweight champion Jake Shields in order to "save face."

Jeff Curran Documentary "This Is The Fight" Hits Soon



Former WEC fighter Jeff Curran is featured in a new documentary called "This Is The Fight" which documents his career, from reigning at the top of the division to battling his way back after some tough losses.

The film is set to be released this summer.

Rare Topps Card Lands Special Trip to TUF 12 for UFC Fan

Topps announced Wednesday that UFC fan Alfonso Rodriguez of Melrose Park, Ill., is the first to find the special triple autograph card featuring Dana White, Chuck Liddell, and Tito Ortiz from packs of the all-new Topps UFC Main Event.

Rodriguez and a guest will receive an all expenses paid trip to Las Vegas to be Dana White's guest at the UFC Training Center. While there, they will tour the gym, meet the coaches and contestants from hit Spike TV show "The Ultimate Fighter Season 12" and sit cageside with Dana during one of the TUF preliminary matches.

Topps created 10 of these unique cards, which were randomly inserted into packs. Nine other lucky fans finding this card will receive a pair of UFC gloves signed by Dana, Chuck, and Tito. Fans finding the card should e-mail UFCprize@topps.com to claim their prize.

UFC President Dana White Says Anderson Silva Doesn't Deserve Fight With GSP

Prior to UFC 112, there was talk that middleweight champion Anderson Silva would like to cut to 170 pounds and challenge welterweight king Georges St-Pierre. It is a fight that was believed to be given some consideration, that is until UFC president Dana White says he was thoroughly "embarrassed" by Silva's performance at UFC 112. Now he says Silva doesn't deserve a fight with GSP.

Countdown to UFC 112 Debuts Late Night Tonight on Spike

Just a little reminder that "Countdown to UFC 112" -- featuring a look at the feature bouts for Saturday's event in Abu Dhabi -- premiers Thursday night at Midnight PT/ET on Spike TV.

Chuck Liddell First MMA Fighter To Get Waxed

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell will be immortalized in wax May 29 at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. The 40-year-old fighter will be the first mixed martial arts athlete to be inducted into the famed collection, located in front of the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino.

The Liddell figure will be officially unveiled Friday, May 28 at 10:30am PT in front of thousands of fans gathered at the UFC Fan Expo taking place May 28-29 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. It will then be moved to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas and placed on display inside a UFC Octagon, along with Liddell's trunks and UFC championship belt.

Over 100 world-famous figures, each costing an average of $300,000 to create, are featured at the attraction at one time, in various themed areas, and to keep the offerings "fresh" the attraction's designers regularly spotlight new and exciting exhibits, such as the latest additions of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears wax figures, which made their debuts at other Madame Tussauds worldwide locations but are brand new to the Las Vegas attraction.

Among its recent debut figures in Las Vegas were Snoop Dogg, Kathy Griffin and President Barack Obama and the "Oval Office Experience."
