For the first time in the short history of women's MMA, two females will be front and center at a mixed martial arts card in the US.On Aug. 15, "Carano vs. Cyborg" will headline HP Pavilion in San Jose as the third major Showtime-televised event held by Strikeforce.
Strikeforce officials, including CEO Scott Coker, confirmed the news on a Thursday media teleconference.
