Does anyone know how to defend the choke or what Come on down to team quest and we will help you out.
Four out of five of the IFLs top submissions were guillotines? I was never an IFL fan, but even I find it hard to beleive that those were the best submissions the IFL had to offer.

4 guillotines and a lame RNC. That is the worst top 5 submissions anyone could put together.
