FOR THE PAST MONTHS, THE BIGGEST FIGHT IN UFC HISTORY HAS BEEN IN THE MAKING. FROMER WWE SUPERSTAR BROCK LESNAR WILL BE TAKING ON THE UFC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD, rANDY COTOURE. MANY PEOPLE THINK THAT RANDY (BEING WHO HE IS) IS GOING TO WALK ALL OVER THE UFC NEWCOMBER/STAR BROCK (AS I CALL HIM, "THE OX") LESNAR. WITH COTOURE'S AGE IN QUESTION, I MUST HAVE TO GIVE THE ADVANTAGE TO BROCK LESNAR. NOT JUST IS HE YOUNGER BUT HE IS STRONGER, BIGGER, AND THE ALL ROUND BETTER WRESTLER. FOR THOSE WHO THINK RANDY WILL WIN I MUST DISAGREE WITH YOU, AND DONT THINK I DONT LIKE RANDY BECAUSE HE HAS MADE THE UFC WHAT IT IS TODAY AND HE IS THE BEST BUT ASIDE FROM ALL OF THAT THIS IS A BAD MATCHUP FOR RANDY. MANY THINK RANDY WILL SUBMIT BROCK EASY. THERE ARE 2 PROBLEMS WITH THAT, 1)RANDY WONT BE ABLE TO TAKE HIM TO THE GROUND TO GET INTO SHOOTING DISTANCE FOR A SUBMISSION, AND 2) JUST BECAUSE FRANK MIR, ONE OF THE BEST GROUND FIGHTERS IN THE HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION, DOES NOT MEAN RANDY WILL. RANDY IS NOT THAT TALENTED AT SUBMISSIONS. ALL IN ALL BROCK LESNAR HAS THE DECISIVE ADVANTAGE IN THIS FIGHT BECAUSE HE COULD TAKE RANDY DOWN WHENEVER HE FEELS LIKE IT SHOULD GO TO THE GROUND, AND EVERYTIME WE HAVE SEEN RANDY ON HIS BACK IT NEVER TURNED OUT TO WORK TO HIS FAVOR. I AM NOT SAYING RANDY STANDS NO CHANCE BUT IF HE DOES WIN I WILL BE VERY SURPRISED. LETS BREAK IT DOWN:
RANDY'S PROS: MORE EXPERIENCE, CAN TAKE A PUNCH IF NEEDED, DECENT STRIKING
RANDY'S CONS: NOT A BETTER WRESTLER, NOT AS STRONG, NO KNOCKOUT POWER
BROCK'S PROS: NCAA WRESTLING CHAMPION, BIG FIST, HEAVY HANDS,
I don't think Randy will walk all over Lesnar, but ultimately, how can you pick Lesnar as the favorite? The guy has 3 mma fights. Randy has fought 15 TITLE FIGHTS. For Randy, this is just another fight; the same can't be said of Lesnar.
People questioned Randy's age against Liddell the 1st time, against Sylvia, against Gonzaga.
What do people think Randy has been doing in the gym for 10 years? Greco-Roman clinch work and GNP only? No submissions from guard? No scrambling? This is like when no one considered Chuck's takedowns before the Wanderlei fight. Just because a fighter doesn't show it, doesn't mean he can't do it.

You missed some of Brock's cons:
Lack of experience in MMA, no ground game (from the bottom), and that Penis tattoo on his chest!

8 times out of 10, Randy wins this fight.
