Frank Mir Talks Faber Vs. Pulver II

Ultimate Fighting Championship Interim heavyweight titleholder Frank Mir has quickly become known as one of the best color-commentators in the sport with his play-by-play and analysis contributions to the World Extreme Cagefighting broadcasts.

The Las Vegas heavyweight spoke to MMAInsiderBlog about the rematch between former WEC featherweight titleholder Urijah Faber and former UFC Lightweight Champion Jens Pulver.

"The Jens Pulver and Urijah Faber fight, I could watch those guys fight again everyday," said Mir. "I think the first fight in Sacramento was so impressive. We got to see facets of Urijah Faber's game that a lot of people didn't realize were as sound as they were. We all know Urijah Faber work ethic and conditioning. He grappling is unbelievable, but then we got to see awesome boxing."
"Now it's going to be interesting because I think it kind of caught Jens by surprise - his boxing abilities," added the 29-year old fighter. "Now we're going to see Jens is now ready for that boxing ability and what Faber is going to pull off the second time around."
