Thiago Alves Winning Streak Leads to Shot at GSP's UFC Title
Thiago Alves sits down with Kenny Rice and Bas Rutten on Inside MMA to talk about the winning streak that has put him into a title fight with UFC welterweigth champion Georges St. Pierre, likely to take place at UFC 100 in July.
I would never count him out. He's tough as nails and can end a fight at any time. If George can take him down and keep him down (which I'm sure he can) then he'll secure the win
Thiago is REALLY good but I don't think he can beat GSP. What I'd like to see is another match with Koscheck after Koscheck beats Paulo. Alves and Koscheck's fight was close, especially considering Koscheck's short notice.
