After seeing these vids, all hope for me is lost in this game. What crap, so since I'm a wrestler base I can't use subs? Why couldn't they make a game in which you could utilise all these aspects but being where your strengths are is where you will be more likely to succeed?
You can use all aspects. These are just videos that show some of the different types of action in the game. The characters are not limited to one style or set of techniques. Pretty sure on that. It is supposed to be a true adaptation of the UFC.
i really hope this game is not a one and done deal. I think with the right people(designing) behind the game it can grow and be as huge as madden or nba live. i want to see some realistic action in the octagon and off. there should be a coach part of the game where you can pick a trainer and gym to train many aspects that will help in the fights. cardio workouts and everything a real ufc fighter does when he has a upcoming fight. I like the idea of the game but can see it developing into a much more detailed representation of the not only the ufc but mma fight game. with the ufc they can incorporate many things that they do like weigh ins, interviews, etc,etc.
no they have signed on for three years with thq i believe. this will be a yearly release thing like maddden or nba. I predict in two years it will be bigger than madden. WATCH!!!
