But after that GSP debacle, I lost alot of respect for him...He got his ass handed to him, then for a month after the fight went around Whining and crying about Greasy Georges and how he couldn't hold his guard on him....WOW....80% of the fight was standing......I really want Ken flo to whoop his ass....

Machida was at 210 and penn at 189 for thier fight(openweight bout)... please get the facts straight or dont post...BTW BJ Penn is one of the most overrated fighters EVER, just because he could have been a great YEARS ago doesnt mean he still will be, bj never trained hard in his entire career so his body doesnt have the last 10 years of core strength building (which is where "old mans strength" comes from) hes a joke. I met BJ in Hamilton ,ON and he was one of the nicest people I ever met. After all of the GSP vs BJ bullshit I lost a lot of respect for him. He talked a big game and got his ass handed to him in his last fight. I think he will beat Kenflo with no problems at all. BJ just dont talk shit if you cant back it up..
BJ isnt even close to washed up and is one of the greatest lightweights of all time...that said he bit off way more than he could chew with GSP who should be ranked as the #1 pound4pound guy in the world...as long as BJ stays focused at 155 he will hold the title for a very long time...possibly till he retires..but then again anything can happen just look what happened to GSP against Serra the first time and then he came back to kill him...i am a huge GSP fan but you still got to give BJ some respect...not many people can go out there and destroy Sean Sherk like he did.
Yes Bj talked alot of shit and could not back it up against a better fight in gsp. But BJ Penn has only lost one fight at 155. He is the best fighter at 155 hands down. I like Ken Flo but he is not on the same level as BJ Penns ground game or his stand up. If anyone mentions his cardio at 155 is not that smarth either he has never gased at 155. But at higher weight classes his cardio is subpar. Anyone who thinks BJ Penn is not a great fighter is our not true fans of mma.

lyota machida was at 205 with penn coming in around 190-195. thats why i like bj; he'll fight anyone at any weight.
