A Day of Training with Tito Ortiz
Check out these video's taking you inside a day in the training life of Tito Ortiz as he prepares for his UFC 106 bout against Mark Coleman.

About two months ago, Tito said he wanted a warm up match for his first fight back. Who do they put in front of him? Mark Coleman. That's funny. Coleman's got to be pissed that he's the warm up. Never been that big of a Tito fan but I hope he runs through "The Godfather of Ground and Pound".
Tito Ortiz, I hope you don't puke like that in a match with the Hammer as its not going to look good. I think he will need another warm up match after Coleman to fight a good LH fighter. Maybe some schmuck like Jardine, or even Brandon Vera. Im sure you will get back to form and hopefully avenge that loss to machida eventually. Maybe you will get to take Evans on and get that Win like you were about to the first time around.... Now thats a good fight since Rampage is out for the long haul.....
I think Ken Shamrock wants another fight with Tito. He looked good in the last two fights. I think the break he had and of course the roids he did will push Tito into the the 4th minute of the first round. What am I talking about? Roids give your muscles endurance. Ken could run around the ring like a faerie for 5 minutes. Ahhh maybe not. Tito in the first minute KO.
By the way handleless wonder... They gave Brandon 'the flop' Vera to RRRRRRRRRRRRandy. If Vera wins that fight I will probably start a bar fight and end up on the news with booze. He should fight forrest gump next. I know Griffin wanted 2 more rounds after their first fight. Both need redemption and both are considered top tier 205ers. I bet that is what Dana is cooking up in he head. Forget what else he's cooking.
Tito ortiz is garbage he has not done anything since he beat shamrock he is not the fighter he once was... and the tito of the past is outdated there are a ton of new young up and comers who have twice the skill and are much more well rounded then either of these fighters as both are one dimensional. tito would not stand an ice cube chance in hell against machida as he along with many the spider and GSP are the new generation of MMA fighters
I can't get over the size of Tito's head...the roids have made an incredible difference if you go back and watch Tito's first fight in the UFC, you will see what I'm talking about.Then again Coleman couldn't have used roids...yeah right
