Looking forward to getting this fight out of the way and swept under the carpet so we can stop hearing about Fedor for a while. Fedor is a joke now and bad for the sport.
I wouldnt say bad for the sport he is a good fighter. But i am tired of hearing hes the top heavyweight. Top heavyweights want to fight the best and fedor doesnt wanna do that. So i do agree that he is a joke.. I hate lesnar but lesnar would destroy him and he knows it thats why he opted to sign with strikeforce..
This thing is going to flop harder than Rodgers head on the mat. Just watch, it will be a quick one sided over hyped beat down and CBS will never carry Strikefarce again.
Brock would destroy Fedor. Fedor had a good run. Now he's cashing in on that run which is smart. It is annoying to hear the hype. He's nowhere near the top now. There are 5 or 6 guys in the UFC who could handle him pretty easily.

Frank Shamrock needs to drink a nice strong cup of STFU. The guy is a total clown who belongs in the circus. He beat Baroni and Tito. Big F'n deal. He got hamstoned by Cung, Renzo and many more.
Fedor will win this one pretty easily and hopefully people will lose interest in his one sided beat downs and push him into the UFC while he still has some gas in his tank. Like to see him get his jank wrecked.

Shogun got choked out by Forrest Griffin, had to have a win gift wrapped by the ref in the Coleman fight, knocked out a down spiraling Liddell when he had one foot out of the octagon, and regardless the controversy, lost to Machida....he hasnt exactly found his rhythm lately either....
I havent missed a UFC PPV or fight night since 2005, Im a HUGE fan of the UFC, hell, I didnt even miss the Oct. 18th Bisping vs Leben fight on my WEDDING NIGHT! But give this guy some credit ufc junkies...aside from some wise money making politics on his part, theres no reason to believe Fedors skill in the ring has diminished. Last I checked, he still destroyed his last several opponents.
Im not on the Lesnar bandwagon just yet, but I do feel there would be alot more competition for him in the UFC such as Cain Velasquez(sp?), Mir, and Nog...and stop naming LIGHT heavyweights to fight him....DIFFERENT DIVISION!!!

I think Fedor would win against Brock, but who knows, Brock would probably be the toughest test to date for him. Then again, I think Nog has a great chance against Brock...
But the criticism is ridiculous. Yeah it sucks that he has a terrible management team who can influence him however they want, but he has not lost. Sure maybe he hasn't been fighting much lately, but he still hasn't lost and his last two wins were pretty decisive. It got very trendy to call Arlovski a joke (because of his loss to the guy Fedor is fighting that a lot of people seem to think could be one of the next biggest things, nonetheless!), but prior to the Fedor fight, AA was consistently ranked in the top 5/top 10 HWs for years. Suddenly it's a joke that Fedor fought AA. But Fedor's last two fights were against HWs who where ranked top 10 at the time.
Until he loses, it's pretty hard to say he's washed up.
