This is a really good interview with St. Pierre that especially goes in depth about his training and various aspects of martial arts and how things apply to MMA.

Great Interview imo but what i dont understand is how his tattoo on his chest means jiu jitsu and the meaning of jiu jitsu is he can be very nice,polite,and rude....anyone know the answer to that?
