When's the last time that the Lion's Den had any good, high competition fighters come out of there? In the early to mid days of UFC there were some good fighters to come out. Though those guys weren't champion calibre. They mostly consisted of gateway guys to the top competition. For now, the Lion's Den seems to me to be over rated and I'm suspect of Ken Shamrock as a coach/ trainer.
