I am honestly convinced that Frank Mir wants to be Brock. 264.5lbs? I mean come on. Getting bigger does not necessarily mean getting better.

Go ask Werdum. He got KTFO by Dos Santos when he started bulking up to 245~250. He went back down although I doubt it would help him.

I hope Mir knows what he is doing.

Just one thing to say about Mir.........HGH! No way he adds that kind of muscle without it. At least it's still undetectable Frankie.

lol...hgh? Mir hasn't gained that much weight, pretty sure he's close to his walking weight for this fight

his walking weight? tell me your not serious bud...this is the heavyweight division idiot. and yeah mir has gained 20lbs but its not all muscle

actually Mir has gained muscle.

I am serious man..he was never a cut up guy. He was always a leaner version of Josh Barnett or Ricco Rodrigues.

He looked better than ever during the weigh-in and I think the fight with Brock has convinced this moron that bigger is better.

I can totally imagine this guy lifting weights while brain washing himself, "I am a martial artist...I must get big to compete against Brock...If I gain 20 more pounds of muscle I will be able to beat him..I am NOT a fish..I am NOT a fish...he only stuck it in 3 inches so I am still a butt virgin...sob sob...I am NOT a fish.

I bet you anything Werdum is laughing at Mir. Getting bigger doesn't really help if you have a smaller natural frame. Mir is a big guy but he has to realize that he needs to improve his wrestling, takedown defense, boxing, and SPEED to beat Brock NOT 20 pounds of muscle.

God...Brock has really gone to his head. I feel sorry for him now.

I am understanding his logic. Namely, if he bulks up, he can push around Kongo, lay on top of Kongo, and land heavier (less crisp) punches. But go ask Werdum..He will lose speed and it will be good night if Kongo's knees connect.

ok, HGH? tell me YOU'RE not serious fag...you're right, this is the Heavyweight division, I'm sick of all you bitches talkin so much shit about UFC fighters...if this had been anyone in Strikeforce, or one of the guys who came from pride, you never would have mentioned hgh...if you hadn't noticed, the pride guys have mostly been getting owned in the UFC...then again, maybe thats why you fuckers are so bitter
